Dynamic Projects, s.r.o. is an engineering company from Slovakia. Since 2011 we have been working on the automation of units 3 and 4 of the Mochovce nuclear power plant — first at Siemens Energy in Erlangen, then on site — and we bring the same precision to software, data processing and IT projects.
Our roots are in industrial automation, where reliability is not optional. We apply the same approach to every project, large or small.

Since 2011 we have been part of the completion of units 3 and 4 of the Mochovce nuclear power plant in Slovakia — from preparation at Siemens Energy in Erlangen, through work on site, to commissioning.
Connected to the grid on 31 January 2023, in commercial operation since October 2023.
First criticality on 6 August 2026, power start-up phase since 21 September 2026.
With the two new 471 MW units, all four units of the Mochovce plant are now in operation. With this milestone Slovakia has not only become fully self-sufficient in electricity but also a net exporter — around 77.5 % of the country's electricity comes from nuclear power, one of the highest shares in the world.
Project timeline
Start on the Mochovce 3 & 4 project — at that time as an employee of LC Control, s.r.o.
Engineering and preparation work at Siemens Energy in Erlangen, Germany.
The work moves to the power plant site in Mochovce.
Continuing on the project as Dynamic Projects, s.r.o., with two employees.
The Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic (ÚJD SR) issues the final permit to start up unit 3.
Unit 3 is connected to the Slovak power grid for the first time.
After a successful 144-hour trial run at 100 % power, unit 3 enters commercial operation.
The regulator approves the start-up of unit 4; from late June to early July, 349 fuel assemblies are loaded into the reactor.
The unit 4 reactor reaches first criticality — a self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction.
After regulatory approval, unit 4 enters the power start-up phase: output is raised gradually before grid connection and full capacity.

Dynamic Projects, s.r.o. was founded in 2014 by Gábor Mezei, an electrical engineer who graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. After working as a software developer in Bratislava, he joined the project of the new units 3 and 4 of the Mochovce nuclear power plant in 2011 — then as an employee of LC Control, s.r.o. Preparation took place at Siemens Energy in Erlangen until 2013, after which the work moved to the plant site. Since 2014 he has continued on the project with his own company.
Today we are a team of three engineers based in Šamorín, Slovakia. We combine the discipline of industrial projects with the flexibility of a small company: short decision paths, direct communication and personal responsibility for the result.
